This policy covers all mobile games published by Berk Unal (each, "the App"). It explains what data the Apps handle.
We do not ask for your real name, email or an account, and we do not sell data. Progress, high scores and settings are stored only on your device.
Some Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) to understand how the game is played so we can improve it — for example which levels are completed or failed, scores, session counts, and whether an optional rewarded ad was watched. Firebase processes:
This data is used only for game analytics, is not used to identify you, and is retained according to Google Analytics retention settings. See Firebase's privacy information. Where consent is required (EEA/UK), advertising-related storage follows the choice you make in the consent form.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy, including:
Through AdMob mediation, some Apps (such as Rummy Card Club) may also show ads from these ad networks, which receive the same kinds of data listed above when they serve an ad: Unity Ads (Unity Technologies, privacy policy), InMobi (InMobi Pte. Ltd., privacy policy) and Liftoff Monetize (Liftoff Mobile, Inc., formerly Vungle, privacy policy). They follow the same tracking and consent choices described below.
On iOS, the App asks for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, ads will not use your identifier for personalization and it is not shared with Adjust. On Android, ads and Adjust may use the Android Advertising ID; you can reset or delete it, or opt out of personalized ads, at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device). In the European Economic Area and the UK, a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before any personalized ads; you may decline and will then receive non-personalized ads.

Some Apps use Adjust (Adjust GmbH, Berlin, Germany), a mobile measurement service, to learn which of our advertising campaigns bring players to the game and how those campaigns perform. Adjust processes this data on our behalf:
Adjust may share campaign results with the ad networks we advertise on, so they can measure our campaigns. In the EEA and the UK, the choices you make in the consent form are passed on with this data. See Adjust's privacy policy; you can opt your device out of Adjust measurement at adjust.com/forget-device.
Some Apps (Rummy Card Club) have an optional online mode where you play with other people. When you use it, the App connects to our game server, which runs on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.). The server receives:
Match data is kept only while the match runs and is deleted shortly after it ends. The times you left a match early are kept for two days. If another player reports your player name, the report is kept so a name reported by several players can be replaced. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the connection; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. All data the App sends is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Rummy Card Club has a Weekly and All Time leaderboard. To build it, the App sends our game server the same random player identifier, the player name and picture you chose, and the points you earn in solo and online games. Your name, picture and points are shown to other players in the rankings. Some players in the rankings and at online tables are computer players. The App sends the identifier (and your name and picture, if you chose them) when it opens the main menu, so it can show your place. Points are kept for the leaderboard; you can ask us to delete your points and name at the contact address on this page.
Rummy Card Club by Berk Unal has no accounts. To delete the data linked to you:
Deleted: player name, picture, leaderboard points, name reports, analytics events tied to your app instance. Kept: nothing else is stored by us; online match data is already removed after each match. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device (tickets, level, settings).
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Under the GDPR you may withdraw ad-personalization consent at any time (iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking; on Android, Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads; and the in-app Privacy settings entry in the pause menu where available). You may also contact us to ask about or delete analytics data associated with your app instance. Data collected by Google is controlled by Google LLC; see their policy for exercising rights against Google. To stop Adjust measurement for your device, use Adjust's forget-device page linked above.
